Tom Mullins

Tom Mullins is the founding pastor and lead pastor of Christ Fellowship in Palm Beach County, FL—a church that started in 1984 and that has now grown to include four campuses and a full-time staff of more than 100, as well as a constituency that numbers among the largest in the US with some 13,000 thousand in attendance each week. Among many other pursuits, Pastor Mullins has traveled on behalf of EQUIP, and has authored two books, The Confidence Factor and The Leadership Game. He was also a successful high school and college football coach for fifteen years.

2.  Can you describe your approach to growing personally as a coach? Along the way, how did you address your weaknesses and capitalize on your strengths?

3.  How would you advise others to instill an atmosphere of unity and teamwork in their ministries?

4.  How do you define victory for your ministry team?

5.  How do you deal with team members who fail in one way or another?

6.  Are there any helpful insights that you can give to pastors and church leaders who do not have a paid staff, but work exclusively with lay leaders?
