Randy Hurst
 
Randy Hurst has served as Director of Communications since 1997. This position involves oversight of video, media production and fund-raising for special World Missions projects, including Senders Fund, AG Relief and General Emergency Fund. He and his wife Ruth were formerly missionaries to Samoa and served in a number of other capacities including pastoral ministry and evangelism. Randy has also been the Commissioner on Evangelism for the Assemblies of God and the executive editor of the monthly Missions World edition of Today’s Pentecostal Evangel.

1.  What are some of the blessings that you have seen occurring at a local level when churches make a commitment to missions globally?

2.  What are some of the ways in which pastors and church leaders are keeping missions support fresh and exciting within their congregations?

3.  If you could speak to the leaders of newer congregations and those with younger constituents who are not overly aware of missions in the AG, what would you say to them about their next steps in becoming a dynamic sending church?

4.  From your vantage point, do you see any new missions support opportunities on the horizon that will help the Church maintain strong missions partnerships and endeavors well into the next decade?
