This orientation will provide an opportunity to explain the resume process for those who have submitted resumes for lead/senior pastor positions within the Ohio Ministry Network. 

We will highlight several aspects of this process including: 

• Explanation of our process as it pertains to church health, transition in ministry, interim ministry, pastoral selection, etc.
• Definition of key elements of a resume
• Question and answer segment
• In addition, participants will have opportunity to meet with several members of our Leadership Team who will be on hand for this event.
