Pastors and Members of Church Boards and Advisory Committees

The Church Development Department offers leadership development opportunities for pastors and church leadership throughout the year in the form of Catalyst Days and Pastor/Board/Advisory Committee training.


Catalyst Days are 1/2 day training sessions for pastors and their leadership teams to sharpen their ministry skills. These trainings take place twice a year at the Ohio Ministry Network Resource Center. For more information on Catalyst Days, click here.


Church Development also provides training for pastors and their boards or advisory committees. These trainings are held at the local church and focus on developing church leadership, understanding the various roles of church leadership and encouraging healthy relationships among the pastor and board.
